Steve

I always remember…?

You – Take That

Yes, You.

No, don’t turn away.

Nobody but You.

I always forget…?

Robbers – The 1975

Yes, Robbers.

Why do I have to remember them?

It was a long time ago.

Now my home is free of thieves.

I wish I could forget…?

I Will (No Man’s Land) – Radiohead

I wish I could forget the place where in between. No one owns it. I will forget that land someday. (What land?, I don’t know. Just wanna reply to this question)

Overload

I have been working everyday since 5th May 2014. No real weekends for me as I just worked from home on both Saturday and Sunday. Even though I could work along with play a game or read something on my iPad, but I couldn’t truly relax.  I started to be curious that how people can continually work many days without taking a rest. I guess some people can do that but I may not be one of them. However, I have to endure this situation as I’m on a tight schedule of my work and working on the weekends will happen again and again until the end of this year. Moreover, I probably will have to cancel my trip to Singapore next month since taking a few days off can’t be my option.  I just hope that I won’t have to do that.

Anyway I’d like to apologize to my fellow bloggers that I might not be able to read all your updated blogs as many as I love to. Still, I won’t stop update my blog because I’ve promised myself to write one post everyday.

25 DAYS | 25 SONGS – DAY 02: An Ex

For Day 2 of this challenge, the  song  reminds me of my recent boyfriend. I had only one boyfriend and it was a tough decision for me to give up our relationship because I was so stubborn. I wanted to fight for the happy ending but I eventually had to admit that our relationship emotionally weakened me. Consequently, I must walk away from him even though I have a fear of being alone when I’m older and I realise that I will have a scarce chance to meet a new one due to the closed environment for women in Thai’s dating culture.

Speaking of the song, I think of this song: Terrible Love by The National which I used to refer to it on this post.  I repeatedly listened to this song during the relationship. His claimed love for me was like a spider that might have bitten me if I did something wrong.

It’s a terrible love
And I’m walking with spiders
It’s a terrible love that I’m walking here
It’s a terrible love
That I’m walking with spiders
It’s a terrible love that I’m walking here

– Terrible Love by The national –

And that’s why I had to break up with him otherwise I would die in his so-call-love web someday.

Travel theme: Rivers

Tasmania | Australia | 2006

Tasmania | Australia | 2006

I captured this photo of river during my stay in Tasmania, Australia 8 years ago. My Korean friend asked me to accompany her to cheer up her brother in a football game. We went to the field quite early so we wandered around that area.

The river looked so serene. We also met a herd of sheep, and one of them just stared at me.

I felt sorry that I couldn’t recall my friend’s name as we haven’t been in touch since she left our English language school. However, I still remember her lovely personality and kind spirit.

We finally watched the game together, and I had a great afternoon on that day.

Steve’s Music Mix: Fashion Victim

Here’s a reminder from Steve for how to join this music mix challenge

Each week I will post 3 new questions so…

(1) Go to the music player of your choice and put it on shuffle
(2) Say the questions aloud and press play
(3) Use the song title as your answers
(4) NO CHEATING

How do I look today?
A Wolf At The Door (It Girl. Rag Doll) – Radiohead
If I looked like a wolf staying at the door, I would be a tired one because of the very hot weather in my city today. Today was actually our national holiday which I still needed to work overtime according to our project timeline. However, I didn’t work as much as I wanted due to the high temperature so after working all morning I forwent any of burden and just lied on my bed reading a book.

What should I wear tonight?
Whispers In The Dark – Mumford & Sons

I should wear my pyjamas to my bed, and I wish that I shouldn’t hear any whispers in the dark because I sleep alone…

What should I wear tomorrow?
Scatterbrain (As Dead As Leaves) – Radiohead
Oh … unbelievably that I would get two songs from the same album of Raiohead in one post: Well done my iPhone?!? Ok, I shouldn’t wear anything that will be looked as dead as leaves, should I? Anyway, I’ve already prepared what I would wear tomorrow since I don’t have much time in the morning so I don’t want to waste time thinking what will be my outfit on my working days. So I will just wear a white T-Shirt and a pair of blue jeans.

The Souvenir

Photo 5-12-2557 BE, 21 34 55 My best friend bought a necklace as a souvenir for me from her trip in Hokkaido. I really love its shape as a snowflake even though I knew that the diamond isn’t the real one. I tried the shot with a Macro lens for smart phones that I’ve recently bought. I wasn’t satisfied with the outcome that much but it was acceptable. The image was framed in VintageDeco. Blog credit has been written in Phonto and resized in Resize Image.
