I went to the World Watermedia Exposition Exhibition at Ratchadamnnoen Contemporary Art Center, Bangkok in July this year. The art centre also had another event at the same time; the 5th Young Artists Talent Art Exhibition where I saw this painting. It was painted in black and white which I think it was intriguing, haunting yet delicately beautiful. I just used filter in VSCOcam to alter the whole photo to be black and white as same as the painting.
This work was painted by Kameelah I-Lala which details were as below picture.

Phoneography and Non-SLR Digital Photo Challenge: Black and White
Very nice–thanks for the exhibition signage that helped me better understand the work as well as the symbolism of the woman depicted. Happy Photo Challenge.
When I first saw it, I thought there was a skeleton in the dress. Glad to see that I was wrong. :-) Nice catch.

An interesting piece of art.
Definitely intriguing photo, and I think black and white brings out the beauty.
